Terms and Conditions:
1. The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom under the age of 16. As the age limit is below 16 entrants must have permission from and provide the name and a contact email address of their parent or legal guardian for contact purposes (prize winners will be notified to to this email address and no prizes will be sent to anyone under the age of 16 without this information).

2. Only GetBetterPictures.com have access to your email and we never pass them on to anyone else. All information is deleted as soon as the winner has been chosen. GetBetterPictures.com will only ever use your email for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not pass them on to anyone without your permission.

3. Where this competition asks for some kind of submission (for example a photograph) it must be your own work (you may have some help from a parent, friend or guardian) and its originality will be taken into account by the judges. By contributing your photographs to GetBetterPictures.com you agree to grant us the right to publish and use the material in all media for all purposes in connection with the competition. (See GetBetterPictures.com Rules and Regulations for the full terms.) Please note that entries cannot be returned.

4. By entering the competition entrants warrant that all information submitted by them is true, current, and complete and accept these terms and conditions together with any specific instructions and terms which may be mentioned above.

5. The closing date for this competition is stated on the competition's main page. Any entries received after this time will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition. No responsibility will be taken by GetBetterPictures.com for any photographs that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.

6. GetBetterPictures.com may cancel or amend any competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the competition information or these terms and conditions.

7. The overall winner will be judged and chosen by Connie and the editor at GetBetterPictures.com who's decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified through the given contact details within seven days of the closing date and the prize then allocated.

8. If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts having been made by GetBetterPictures.com then GetBetterPictures.com may offer the prize to a Runner Up or dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.

9. No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
