Connie's Picture Gallery:
Connie's Picture Gallery is aimed at persons under the age of 16 to show the pictures that THEY have taken and although parents/guardians or
teachers may have assisted in the taking of these pictures this is not the place for parents/guardians to send pictures of THEIR own children.
Any persons over the age of 16 OR parents/guardians or teachers who have taken photographs and wish to send them to us should send their
pictures to our "People's Pictures" page within GetBetterPictures.com which has no age restrictions.

Your pictures should be approximately:
360 x 242 pixels (72dpi) - for a horizontal picture and 188 x 282 pixels (72dpi) - for an upright picture. There is a maximum size of 640x480
pixels (72 dpi) and should be no more than 1mb compressed in total please. In the interest of fairness there is a limit of four pictures per person
per month. Please include your name, age and a brief description of your picture in the email.

The sender must be the copyright owner in the works sent and absolve GetBetterPictures.com, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and or
it's editors of any copyright infringements that may take place either knowingly or otherwise, and in any works that have visual copyright
infringement of the subject matter i.e. company logos or model releases, etc.
(YOU should always get people's permission or pet owners permission if you are to send a picture of them). Copyright in the Photographs you
send will remain with YOU the original owner of the works at all times, but by sending them YOU grant GetBetterPictures.com, its subsidiaries
and affiliated companies the rights without charge to publish your photographs on this site and any promotional publicity that may be linked to
the site, you also grant the rights for them to alter, adjust or crop pictures as they feel required for these or editorial purposes.

YOU have not been promised any compensation of any kind in exchange for the use of the pictures or any other materials submitted to,
GetBetterPictures.com, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. By sending your pictures YOU hereby release GetBetterPictures.com and its
successors, licensees, assigns and advertisers from and against all claims or actions of any nature whatsoever arising by reason of
GetBetterPictures.com’s use of the Materials as described above. GetBetterPictures.com has no obligation to use any materials submitted to it
and the Editor's decision is final in all matters.

GetBetterPictures.com owns all rights in and to the Website, and any components or elements thereof, and YOU may not claim or reserve any
rights in or to the Website or such components or elements. GetBetterPictures.com has the unrestricted right to edit the content and text of the
Website in any manner or form.

Please keep your original prints or files, and send us only a Digital Copy, they are your responsibility, No Photograph Digital Files will be
returned and we will accept no responsibility for any loss damage or corruption that may be in files sent.

Competition Rules:
The basic Rules and Regulations for all competitions are as stated above and will apply along with any other additional rules and restrictions
which will be laid out at the bottom of the relevant competition pages.
